We built the three lines on that idea: train, deploy and fill the roles that hold it up. They used to be three brands — Codex Workshops, Automate EVERYTHING and Forward Deployed Talent. Now they are one house.
Almost all AI training stops at the slide deck. Teams leave excited and on Monday go back to the same manual process, because nobody built the bridge between learning the tool and having that tool do part of the work.
We started to close that gap. Training glued to your real workflows, delivery that turns what was learned into something that runs on its own, and talent when you need people inside to hold it up.
We explain the benefit and let the result do the talking. We do not sell revolutions.
01If a non-technical person on the team cannot follow it, we have not explained it well.
02It is the first question in any process review, and the answer usually surprises people.
03Training and delivery come with an ongoing support option, because tools change and processes drift.
04What backs this up as more than another consultancy with a nice deck.

It is not a business line: it is the engine. Much of our network, our engineers and the questions that end up becoming training come from here.
